Today I want to share one of my favorite short practices with you: a 10-minute sensual yoga flow for self-love, grounding, and stress relief.
This is the kind of practice I turn to when my mind is racing or my energy feels scattered, but I don’t have the space (or honestly, the desire) for a long yoga class. Sensual yoga isn’t about performance or hitting the “perfect pose.” It’s about tuning into your senses, your breath, and your body’s wisdom in the moment.
In this practice, we’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves through touch, self-caressing, and simple grounding movements. It’s soft, feminine, and deeply soothing, designed to bring you back home to yourself when life feels overwhelming.
Why sensual yoga?
Because it’s not about “working out.” It’s about working in. Sensual yoga invites you to slow down, to feel your breath, your fingertips, your skin, and to remember that your body isn’t just a machine for getting things done. She’s a sacred vessel, worthy of tenderness.
